RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, you will be credited the value of the returned item (in ZAR) in the form of a Fin Neoprene voucher.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@finneoprene.co.za so we can resolve the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

Sale or discounted items

Black Friday or promotional giveaway items

Gift cards
These items are considered final sale.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to exchange an item is to:

Submit a return request.

Once accepted, use your Fin Neoprene voucher to place a new order for your desired item.

EU CUSTOMERS – 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period.
This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided:

The item is in the same condition as received

It’s unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

You have proof of purchase

REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued as a Fin Neoprene voucher within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your voucher, please contact us at info@finneoprene.co.za.
