
Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT DELIVERY TERMS
Deliveries are sent to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is handed to any individual at the specified address, including confirmation via the courier’s tracking system.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative item or a full refund within 30 days.

INSPECTING YOUR DELIVERY
Please inspect your Fin Neoprene parcel upon delivery. If it appears damaged or has been opened, the recipient has the right to refuse the parcel.
All issues must be reported immediately to info@finneoprene.co.za

LOST PARCELS
In the rare event of a lost parcel, you have 10 business days from receiving your shipment confirmation email to notify us.
After this timeframe, we cannot accept any claims related to lost shipments.

RETURNS & PACKAGING POLICY
Please note: Fin Neoprene does not arrange courier services for returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in unused condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

FRAUD PREVENTION
If a transaction is flagged as fraudulent, we will not issue a refund directly. Customers must initiate a chargeback through their bank. Fin Neoprene does not release order information for suspected fraudulent transactions. All fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
