Welcome to Fin Neoprene! We’re proud to handcraft custom neoprene products — from can coolers and laptop sleeves to bags and corporate gifts — all stitched locally by skilled Cape Town seamstresses. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within South Africa and internationally. Our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent, and dependable delivery experience for every customer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

We offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa, as well as international shipping to selected destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.

Domestic Shipping Partners: The Courier Guy, Aramex, and PUDO.
International Shipping Partners: DHL Express and FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Times

Local Deliveries (South Africa): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Major Cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban): 1–3 business days.
Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days.
International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note that once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real-time.

International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide from our Cape Town studio.
Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by their destination country.
Fin Neoprene cannot control or predict these charges, and delays caused by customs are beyond our responsibility.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full physical address to ensure successful delivery.
If you live in a remote or rural area, please contact us before ordering to confirm courier availability.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
Fin Neoprene is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may be charged for reshipping.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we take great care in packaging every order securely, once your parcel leaves our workshop, it is in the hands of the courier.
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@finneoprene.co.za with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY TERMS

Deliveries are sent to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is handed to any individual at the specified address, including confirmation via the courier’s tracking system.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative item or a full refund within 30 days.

INSPECTING YOUR DELIVERY

Please inspect your Fin Neoprene parcel upon delivery. If it appears damaged or has been opened, the recipient has the right to refuse the parcel.
All issues must be reported immediately to info@finneoprene.co.za

RETURNS & PACKAGING POLICY

Please note: Fin Neoprene does not arrange courier services for returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in unused condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

FRAUD PREVENTION

If a transaction is flagged as fraudulent, we will not issue a refund directly. Customers must initiate a chargeback through their bank. Fin Neoprene does not release order information for suspected fraudulent transactions. All fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
